Support for the Major Payment Gateways
It’s not our style to take a chunk of every membership or event transaction you do. Membee supports a wide array of popular payment processors such as Authorize.net, Bambora, Braintree, PayPal, eWAY, or Stripe. Just add your account details and start accepting payments for new member sign-ups, existing member renewals, donations, products, and event registrations.

By integrating with one of our supported Payment Gateways, members and non-members can easily pay for their renewals and event registrations online without a staff member lifting a finger!
Receive a cash payment or cheque at an event or in-office? No problem – recording payments, including batch payments, can be done in a few simple clicks! Receiving your payments should never be rocket science.
Reliable & Easy Payment Reconciling
All of your payments should be recorded in Membee, allowing you to track all financial history for each member and what is purchased. The ability to integrate with a payment gateway and enter cash or cheque payments allows you to easily reconcile payments with your banking institution. Relying on the transaction ID from your gateway, payments can match easily and accurately.
Payments, Writeoffs, Refunds & More!
The robust financial process can capture all types of payments, process refunds directly from Membee without having to login to your gateway’s portal, create writeoffs to cancel invoices, and apply credit memos for those special discounts. The full financial suite gives you the full flexibility to account for all types of transactions.
Full Accounts Receivable Reporting
Membee’s transaction-based financial model means that there is full invoice tracking for all purchases. What this means is that at any point in time, Membee’s Aged Receivable reporting makes it easy to know who owes you for members, events, or both.
Full Payment Reporting
This is the fun part! Membee’s Cash Receipts reporting allows you to break your payments out by any date range, membership only, specific levels of membership, events only, payments for a specific event, even revenues for specific event items within an event.
Account For Discounts & Promo Codes Used
In addition to the standard financial processing, Membee can produce promo codes that provide discounts to purchasers for membership or event registrations and properly account for these discounts in your reports.
Full Financial Reporting Using Your G/L Accounts
Slide your key G/L accounts into your copy of Membee and payments may be grouped into your important revenue G/L accounts for you. Your accounting team will be happy!
Bulletproof Audit Friendly Reporting
While we hope it never happens, Membee is built to have a bulletproof financial audit trail for the day the auditors show up. By generating reports that include all transactions related to your invoices, your auditors will have the information they need for a smooth auditing process and confidently.
Online Billing For Quicker Revenues
The expectancy rate of return for everything globally has increased with advanced technology, including online billing and payments. Members can easily pay for membership and events with online invoices, sent through email, where they can pay directly on your website and even on their mobile device. As a result, your revenues can come in quicker than manually issuing printed invoices.
Location Based Taxation
Membee has a global customer base and as a result, we know how to manage the collection of tax amounts. Location-based taxation applies to Value Added Taxes (VATs) where the amount of the tax is dependent on the location of the member or even the location of your event. Membee’s robust tax calculation features make sure you collect the correct amounts and specialized reporting makes sure to you remit the correct amounts to the government.

Our supported gateways accept, process, and tramsit credit card data and are enforced to secure this information by being PCI Compliant. While the gateway is fully PCI Compliant and transmits this data, we take the extra measured to be fully secured and PCI Compliant to best protect you and your member’s data.
