On a member’s record, the core area displays the most important information that you’ll always see on every record. You configure what you think is most important to streamline your workflow, which may be different than your colleagues!
Reorganize Panels to Suit Your Everyday Workflow
On a member’s record, panels home all the member data you store. Reorder which panels display first so you can find what you frequent the most at the top, making it easier to do your day-to-day tasks! Every user can define their own order!
Customize Descriptors to Define Members
Membee uses the terminology of “Organizations” by default, but you can change this to suit how you describe your members – such as “Families”, “Businesses”, “Clubs”, etc. You can even customize the descriptors for “People” too, such as “Family Members”, “Contacts”, etc.
Customize the Events Workspace
When viewing an event, you can customize the order and information that appears in the core area and flex area, making the most important information appear at the top. Whether that’s your registration or attendee counts, the event budget, you can organize it in a way that makes sense to you.
Change Your Landing Page After Login
When you first open Membee and log in, you can customize which page should open first so you’re always working in the area that’s most frequented. For example, if your members are people, you’ll prefer the “People” page. You can even change this to Tasks, Events, and more.
