This simple feature will increase your retention rate while you get paid faster. You tell Membee when to deliver a pre-renewal email to members coming due. You control the email messaging where it is common to promote upcoming member benefits and alert the member to watch for their upcoming renewal notification.
Automated Credit Card Renewal
The best membership renewal happens when the member needs to do nothing to renew!
Membee’s Card Vault feature allows your members to store their card for membership renewal when they join or checkout after an event purchase. Membee will automatically communicate renewal details to the member and charge their credit card when their membership is due.
Automated Invoice Delivery
Renewal must always be easy! Not every member is going to want to share their credit card info with you – no problem!
Membee will automatically send an email to these members containing a renewal link. When clicked, the link takes the member to your site where they can checkout and pay their renewal in a couple of clicks.
Automated Reminders
This feature alone will increase your membership revenues and member retention rate. You completely control how often and what Membee says to overdue members when it sends them email reminders. Because you can create unlimited reminders, you are increasing the urgency of your messaging as the age of their renewal increases.
Automated Cancellation
Membee’s Cancellation automation keeps your data up to date by cleaning up overdue memberships. It can automatically write off their unpaid membership renewal, changing them to a non-member status, deactivating logins, deactivating directory listings, sending an email notification to the member, etc. You have full control over both what Membee does and when it does it.
Prerequisite Reminders
Need updated documents for renewals such as waiveres, certifications, or more? The renewal prerequisite reminder automations can gather a list and email members that haven’t uploaded necessary documents for their renewal. You have the option to alert the member, only notify you so that you can follow up separately with a phone call, marketing campaign, etc, or both!
Retention Automations
Maintaining that connection with your member throughout their membership life can improve their renewal rate but doing it manually takes up a lot of work. The retention automations can automatically email your members based on a tracked date such as their birthdate, join date, or a custom date you need to track (like their certification date). For example, this automation can email members every year on their birthdate to wish them a happy birthday.

Every week, the automations will inform you of activities in the past week and activites that will occur in the following week.
