Yearly renewals are a breeze because the system automatically reminds members of upcoming dates, and also provides reminders if they forget. I took over membership for our organization about two years ago with very little information on how we used Membee and how the program worked. I was very lost at first, but then I discovered chat and my biggest support, Aidan. Membee’s customer support has been invaluable for a volunteer who hasn’t worked with a program like this in the past. I know there are many features that I haven’t tapped into yet, but I am so appreciative that I can now complete most of my tasks with relative ease. And, when I have a question or “oops” moment, I can get help in an easy-to-follow manner (without judgement, thank you very much!).
