Sherwood Park & District Chamber participated in the Bee Successful Program, designed to help existing long-term Membee users utilize the system better!

Before the Bee Successful Program

Our membership renewals were emailed once a year using an accounting software, separate from Membee. New members would join with a physical application and pay either by phone or in the office. Membee was used only for data purposes at the time.

During the Bee Successful Program

Julie helped us transition from a manual renewal process to a fully automated system. This significantly reduced administrative effort and ensured timely renewals. Throughout the process, I felt confident and fully supported. Julie and her team were consistently available to answer questions, and I appreciated receiving clear recaps and action steps after every meeting.
