Advantages For Our Organization
Previously, I would handle tasks manually and needed to refer back to notes to add new members, which made the membership processing lengthy and often confusing. It was also a very time-consuming process when it comes to processing credit card payments, as I needed to log into the payment processor website and manually input the payment reference back into Membee. With the integration of Membee and the Payment processor, I am able to complete the entire process from start to finish within Membee, and this has been an incredible time saver.

Heidi has been an incredible help to me in streamlining the membership renewal process by updating and enabling various Membee features to allow for improvements and efficiency, such as a one-stop place for the credit card process and self-serve membership renewal online.
